With a move to WFH before lock downs were even announced, Nordeus was leading the way locally. To focus on the company values, and ensuring staff and their families welfare was the priority, Nordeus at Home – a series of blogs – were created to help showcase, and inform other companies if they wanted to follow suit. Feedback within the tech industry locally was that a number of companies learnt and developed their own ways of working off the back of these due to the openness and information being shared by Nordeus.
