Throughout my career I have developed my values, skills, and expertise. I like to mix analytical with creative; I’m an experienced lead and empathetic manager; with a very perceptive and strong business sense.

With an ability to zoom out and look at the bigger picture, I pride myself on aiming to see the opportunity based on data and market / audience nuances. Taking all aspects under consideration to make the best business decision for overall objectives. 

Collaboration is at the heart of all great campaigns, and no one person has all the answers. Bringing people together to build something special, utilising expertise and learning along the way is something that I am passionate about. 

You know your ‘why’, but do they? Understanding how your audience views your brand / product; what their needs and motivations are; how and what they want to hear, and where; are all critical to developing engaging content that will deliver results. 

Creative thinking and decision making based on analytics. Letting the data inform the main objectives and messaging allows you to deliver the right creative strategy for the audience. 

Always looking for new ways to talk to the audience. Understanding new trends and capitalising on the opportunity to engage with fans in a way that will resonate with their needs and motivations. 

In my mind, it’s a pre-requisite for any great manager or leader. Taking time to understand audience; fans; your team will help grow trust and collaboration.
